Beaches Accessible by Boat from Coron Town

You will probaly visit some of these beaches automaticly with any island-hopping tour.
Nevertheless…here they are…
Popular & Often Crowded Beaches
Banul Beach, Smith Beach, CYC Beach, Green Lagoon, and Atwayan Beach are all located on Coron Island and are frequented by most group tours. This means these beautiful spots can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours. Ask your trusted tour guide for the best time to visit if you’re looking for a more relaxed experience.

Serene Southern Island Beaches

If you’re seeking the most beautiful and relaxing beaches during your island hopping, head further south to Malcapuya, Bulog Dos Island, or Banana Island. While you won’t find the same imposing limestone cliffs here, you’ll discover long, white sandy beaches that offer ample space for relaxation, even during high season.

Pass Island: A Hidden Gem
Pass Island is another dream island, best accessed from Concepcion. You can find more details in our “South Coast” article. This island is encircled by a pristine white sand beach, making it an ideal destination for beach fun, snorkeling, and pure relaxation.

Black Island & Its Neighbors: Unspoiled Beauty

Further west lies Black Island, arguably one of the most stunning and least visited islands in the area. It’s best reached from Salvacion or Ocam Ocam. More information is available in our “West Coast” article. You can also visit Black Island as part of an island-hopping tour combined withDebotunay and the Cey Islands. Here, you’ll be greeted by deserted dream beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant coral reefs teeming with life. This is an absolute must-visit for snorkeling enthusiasts.

Beaches of Busuanga :

no need for a boat …
Busuanga offers a variety of stunning beaches, each with its unique charm :

Lakdayan Beach
Located in the north of the island, Lakdayan Beach is a beautiful white sand beach. At low tide, a long sandbar connects it to a small offshore island. The most picturesque section of the beach is managed by Liza and Ron, offering hammocks, seating areas, and a cozy beach bar with excellent food. This beach is highly recommended, especially for families with children, thanks to its very shallow waters that are perfect for splashing. You can even camp directly on the beach, with 6 tents currently available for booking (Link for tent reservations/food pre-orders). For more on family excursions, click here: [Link].

Ocam Ocam Beach
For those dreaming of waking up on a pristine beach, experiencing local life, and staying in a charming village surrounded by nature, Ocam Ocam is a must-visit. This small gem boasts a beautiful, long natural beach, friendly locals, delicious food, and the island’s most spectacular sunsets. While it’s a bit further to reach, an overnight stay truly makes the journey worthwhile. Find more information on Ocam Ocam here: [Link].

Marcilla Sandbar Beach
Discover a beautiful, secluded beach on the west coast that sees very few visitors. The road leading here is in poor condition, making the journey an adventure best suited for experienced motorcycle riders. There are two sections, with the northern part being more scenic. A small shop between the sections offers drinks and some food. This trip can be easily combined with a visit to the nearby… Viewpoint, the… Restaurant, and the small… Waterfall.

Aliton Beach
Further north, past the Dugong Watch Zone, lies the stunning Aliton Beach. This white-sand paradise offers small huts for rent, hammocks, and a shop (which sometimes has limited supplies). While breathtaking, its accessibility is challenging. What Google Maps labels as a “National Highway” is, in stretches, bare rock with a thin layer of sand, recommended only for experienced motorcyclists. To inquire about hut reservations, you can try contacting them via [Link], but be prepared for potential delays due to poor signal in the area.

Kayaking & Nearby Islands
For kayaking enthusiasts, we highly recommend a scenic paddle tour exploring a mangrove forest and a secluded peninsula. Head to Bella Louisa Guesthouse near Concepcion (where you’ll also find a beautiful waterfall) to rent a kayak. From Concepcion, you can also easily visit Pass Island, which is just a 15-minute boat ride away. Learn more in the South Coast section.
